1. Agreement to Terms
By commissioning services or accessing the digital properties of Siddique Tech Solution, governed by Muhammad Mussab Siddique, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of IT Services
Siddique Tech Solution provides Website Development, Web App Development, Custom Web App & Web Development, AI Agent Solutions, Domain & Hosting Management, Logo & Branding, SEO, Digital Marketing Management, and Content Writing. Detailed specifications, milestones, and deliverable schedules are defined in our signed Statements of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full payment for completed projects, complete ownership of bespoke source code, proprietary graphics, branding materials, and content transfers to the client. Siddique Tech Solution retains the right to display non-confidential project visuals within its marketing portfolio.
4. Payment Terms & Milestones
Standard contracts require a 50% initial commitment deposit prior to architectural commencement, with the remaining 50% balance due upon user acceptance testing (UAT) and pre-deployment verification.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are executed and construed in accordance with the laws governing commercial IT practices, with mutual dispute resolution prioritized through good-faith mediation directly with corporate leadership.
